The biggest push-back I get against Ceres AI is that it will displace the jobs of environmental professionals.

Consultants, attorneys, and even some company EHS staff tell me they won’t use it because it gives them more information and helps them do some of their work faster. There is a fear that it will hurt their ability to make money—which for most is largely based on the billable hour. A question however: “If artificial intelligence or quantum computing could help save you from a future corona virus, would you let it … or tell the doctor you only wanted human labor working on the problem?

No fear. It is a liar. Embrace the horizon. Embrace change. The future is bright and beautiful.
