Sometimes, to start a conversation about a big idea, you

Sometimes, to start a conversation about a big idea, you don’t begin with a dense scientific paper.
You begin with a story.
And that story begins 13.8 billion years ago.
I’ve tried to tell that story in the presentation attached. It’s a journey from the first cosmic computations … through life’s heroic, negentropic battle against the universal tide of disorder … to the profound thermodynamic cost of a single human thought.
It’s a story that builds to a single, falsifiable hypothesis: That Nature, Humans, and AI are not separate systems. They are distinct, emergent layers of computation’each with its own unique properties and logic and perhaps beyond’yet all are built upon and constrained by the same universal physical laws.
This physical unity is the key. It means that when these layers compute together’when they are aligned’they are not just more efficient. They become a united and coherent engine for creating negentropy: the force that builds order, complexity, and beauty in a universe that otherwise tends toward chaos.
This insight doesn’t feel like it’s mine. My own contribution is infinitesimal. I am merely its humble steward, trying to find the best way to shine a light on a pattern I see, even if I’m mistaken.
I’m sharing this journey not as a final declaration, but as an open invitation to the thinkers, the builders, and the skeptics.
Please, swipe through the story.
If the hypothesis is wrong, help me falsify it. If it holds, let’s build on it.

Is a unified computational framework the key to our collective future?
