Bezos Spending $10 Billion on Climate Change … much likely to go to AI
Amazon is now an artificial intelligence company that happens to deliver packages. Amazon rebuilt its company around artificial intelligence back in 2014. Bezos sees AI has a solution to intractable problems:

“Air AI” is scheduled for deployment on June 1. Air AI will provide users access to coordinated TCEQ and EPA information … along with social media, news articles, internet results, agency documents, permit information, enforcement proceedings, emissions inventory information, emissions event information, and other air quality data. Ultimately the technology will provide real-time emissions data along with unit attribution data … all on a geocoded platform.






Google AI launches new ultra-high resolution neural network image analysis
Google recently announced new ultra-high resolution neural network image analyses, localized narratives, and new AI tools for language grounding tasks.

Quantum Internet … A Major Breakthrough
A quantum entangled optical connection has now been extended to 50 km. Science, Nature, and Physics all covered the story. A quantum internet will eventually allow for essentially instantaneous communication of unlimited data. Although Einstein called quantum entanglement “spooky”, its becoming increasingly handy and outright “jaw dropping” in recent computing and communications advancements.
