Microsoft's "Planetary Computer" . . . should it be classically-based or quantum-based?

If I thought the following was above anyone's head . . . I wouldn't write it. If I thought you wouldn't have a profound thought about it . . . I wouldn't write it. If I thought you couldn't expound upon it and bring life to it in ways that I can't . . . I wouldn't write it. I wrote it.

Below is why I believe this computer can and should [be based in quantum computing and communication](http://r20.rs6.net/tn.jsp?f=001AWpaTtOg-q7A3BaqzRT2Onxr394uPUt4gsHk-LVE2g3ScXH8pARjQCD4VNIWdzsf7koF5Uui0b-BHtxvRRT0Ggc_iDPFRzSgAp5HefODSzZU-zneTe6QoyEPmGv5JcXiKktJslzZpQDUEkUKFl33FzEIQ3y8U14a3jCivgzFKLqp-Vx5eU33_5riUrxh3DP-kES8bxLWwdRlN8a3lwjNj7Yl5fu9ETBAfyHG5UrgSyA=&c=&ch=). But the shortest explanation can be found in the grammatical profundity of the following Richard Feynman quote:
